Fine dining is a trademark at Aspetuck with our celebrated Chef, Gerard Clinton. "Food has an inherent logic that evolves from a tradition and it is the chefs personal touch that sets each of us apart from the other." "One must always take all aspects of a dish into consideration, product quality, the marriage of different flavors, textures and yet always focusing on the foods final presentation." Gerard graduated from the Culinary Institute of America. Upon his completion of the C.I.A. he spent many years working in acclaimed restaurants, Bertrand's, Park Ave Cafe, French Laundry, Cafe Boulud and Aureole. Gerard received 3 Stars from The New York Times and Best New Restaurant in Fairfield County while at Restaurant Promis in Westport CT. Gerard continues to increase his knowledge of food by staging in restaurants each year with the likes of Mialinos, Blue Smoke, Gramercy Tavern, Cafe Gray and L'lmpero.

Social events are an important feature of Aspetuck. Our family events such as our summer bar-b-q's, Halloween and Winter holiday celebrations, and Easter egg hunts are just a few. They include dressing up for the kids, hay-rides and horse-drawn wagon rides. The adult only events include our fabulous wine dinners, guest chef nights, live band nights and a New Year's Eve dinner.
